Booking and confirmation
Choose a treatment and an available time, then submit a request. Your appointment is confirmed only after Maria accepts it on your booking page. Save your private booking link to check its status and chat.
Prices and payment
The treatment price and any discount are shown before you submit. Bookings starting from 10:00 pm through midnight include a ¥2,500 late-night charge. A 24:00 start means midnight with treatment ending the next day. Pay in cash on site before treatment. For a treatment marked “price on request,” Maria will quote the amount in chat before confirming.
5-visit passes
Passes are sold for one treatment type. Maria sets the total price and validity before sale. Pay the full amount in cash on site before your first treatment. Maria then issues a private pass link. Use the same contact details for future bookings. One visit is held when you request a booking; a rejected or cancelled booking releases that visit. A late-night charge, if applicable, is paid separately in cash. Ask Maria about refunds before purchasing.
Visit and preparation
Maria visits homes and accommodation, including city hotels and vacation rentals, in Tokyo's 23 wards. If you choose a hotel or vacation rental, please check that an outside therapist may enter. You may ask Maria about a rental treatment room or help finding a vacation rental; availability and any separate room or accommodation fee must be confirmed before your booking is accepted. Please shower and be ready before arrival.
Safety during visits
We confirm the location and entry conditions before accepting a booking. Please use the booking chat for questions or changes. If a safe visit cannot be arranged, Maria may decline the request before confirmation.
Changes and cancellation
Contact Maria through your booking chat as soon as possible if your plans change. Please ask about any cancellation charges before your booking is confirmed; no fixed cancellation fee is stated on this site.
Messages and privacy
Your name, contact details, visit location and messages are used to arrange and provide the service. Anyone with a private booking or chat link can view its contents, so do not share the link. Reply sounds work only while the chat page is open and sound is enabled; there are no notifications after the page is closed.
What to wear
Hawaiian Luxury Lomi Lomi
This treatment uses oil. You may keep your own underwear on. Disposable underwear is not provided.
Areas not being treated are covered with a towel to limit exposure. Please tell Maria before treatment if you are uncomfortable exposing any area.
Wear clothing that is easy to change out of. Oil may get on your underwear, so choose a pair you do not mind getting oily and bring a spare if needed.
Premium Traditional Thai Massage
This clothed treatment includes stretches. Wear a T-shirt and loose, stretchy long trousers. Please avoid jeans and skirts.
Premium Deep Pressure
A light T-shirt and loose long trousers are recommended. Avoid thick clothing and garments with hard buttons or many zips.
Fure Foot Therapy
You remain clothed. Wear a light, soft T-shirt and loose long trousers without tight waistbands.
Dry Head Spa / Terahertz Head Spa
Your usual clothing is fine. Choose a loose neckline and avoid hooded tops. Remove hair accessories and large earrings before treatment.
Orgone Ring Relaxation
Loose clothing with sleeves and trouser legs that can be rolled up comfortably is recommended. Ask Maria when booking for advice suited to the areas being treated.
First Visit / Combination Treatments
Maria will advise you before your visit based on the selected treatments. Choose comfortable clothing that is easy to change. If oil is used, the underwear and towel arrangements are the same as for Lomi Lomi.
